HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

You can request a return within 5 days from the date of delivery only in cases of damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect products received.
Any such issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • You received an incorrect product

  • The product was damaged, leaked, or tampered with during transit

  • The package was missing items

⚠️ Due to the consumable nature of organic supplements and pre-workout products, returns are not accepted for reasons such as taste preference, personal dislike, or opened/used products.

 


RETURN PROCESS

Once your return request is approved by our returns team via email, the return process will be initiated.
Customers may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse address and share the tracking details with us.

After the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Once it passes the quality check, the refund or replacement process will be initiated within 72 working hours.

The returned product must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and sealed

  • In original packaging

  • With all labels and safety seals intact

Returns will not be accepted if the product is opened, consumed, or tampered with.

 


EXCHANGE / REFUND PROCESS

If you have made a prepaid payment and your order is not delivered, you are eligible for a full refund of the transaction amount.

Orders placed on new arrivals or regular-priced products are eligible for replacement or refund once the return request is approved.
Refunds may be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, as per our policy.

Orders purchased during a sale, discount, or promotional offer are not eligible for refunds, but may be eligible for replacement, subject to stock availability.

 


EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE

In case of an approved exchange, you may choose another product of the same value.
If the replacement product costs more, you can pay the difference amount.

 


HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST?

  • Click on the Return Center link

  • Submit your Order ID, issue details, and required images/videos

  • Follow the instructions and wait for our team to respond

Please note that response times may vary. Our team will get back to you within 24–72 working hours.


Items purchased during SALE or DISCOUNTED OFFERS are not eligible for refunds.


Free samples, complimentary items, or promotional products are non-returnable, keeping hygiene and safety in consideration.
