HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–4 working days across metros and Tier I cities. Delivery timelines may vary slightly for certain pin codes.

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will be further notified when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

After dispatch, shipment details are shared via email by our logistics partners (Shiprocket). Customers can also track their order using the tracking link sent with the order confirmation.

 


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

If your order is not delivered within 12 working days, please contact us at support@gritsolorganics.com. Our team will assist you and ensure your order reaches you at the earliest.

We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
For international orders (if applicable in the future), shipping charges will apply.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Due to the consumable nature of supplements and pre-workout products, returns or exchanges are only applicable in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

 

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear product images.
There are no additional charges for approved return or replacement requests.
